Regarding the Appointment of Members of the Independent Electoral Commission of the Association of Cameroonians in the Philippines (ACPINC)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION

👉 Considering the creation of ACPinc; 👉 Having regard to the certificate of incorporation of ACPinc at the SEC dated July 18, 2014; 👉 Having regard to the statutes of ACPinc; 👉 Having regard to the amendment of the Constitution of ACPINC of June 29, 2025; 👉 Having regard to the text governing the organization of Elections integrated into the Statutes of ACPinc;

DECREES

👉 ARTICLE 1: As of the date of signature of this decree, the following are appointed to the Independent Electoral Commission in the position of: • President: Léo Yuh Nditoh • First Vice-President: Alex Paco • Second Vice-President: Agnès Matang • Secretary General: Gilbert Mbaku • Assistant Secretary: Kely-Unice Bongnjio • Rapporteur: Irène Ethy • Compliance Officer: Arnaud Foka 👉 Article 2: Those concerned are appointed for a non-renewable term of 2 years and will assume their functions until the appointment of New Members. 👉 Article 3: The roles and responsibilities of each member are defined in a separate text. 👉 Article 4: Those concerned shall be entitled to the benefits provided for according to the Statutes of ACPINC.
