The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has issued a reminder that travelers must register or update their information in the eTravel System within 72 hours before their intended travel through the official eTravel website (https://etravel.gov.ph) or the eGov PH Application. The requirement covers arriving Filipino and foreign passengers and crew, as well as departing Filipino passengers, with exemptions including foreign diplomats and their dependents, foreign dignitaries and their delegations, 9(e) visa holders, and holders of diplomatic or official/service passports. Travelers are reminded to provide complete and accurate information, as willful submission of false information by foreign nationals may result in denial of entry under Philippine immigration laws. eTravel registration is completely free.
