1. Eligibility Criteria :

• Nationality : Must be a Cameroonian citizen by birth, descent, registration, or naturalization.
• Residency : Must be residing in the Philippines for an extended period (typically at least six months).
• Age : Must be at least 18 years old.

2. Application Process :

• Application Form : Complete and submit the official membership application form.
• Required Information : Provide the required information requested by the General Assembly.

  Required information are : photo, Full name, Complete address in the Philippines, Occupation, and Place of origin(Village).

3. Membership Dues :

• Associate Membership : Annual dues are set by the General Assembly.

4. Rights and duties of members :

• Members of the Association shall have the right to participate in the activities of the Association, to make suggestions and to vote at General Meetings.
• Members are obliged to comply with the Association's Articles of Association and internal rules, to pay their membership fees regularly and to contribute actively to the Association's activities.

5. Responsibilities of Members :

• Active Participation : Members are encouraged to actively participate in association meetings, events, and initiatives.
• Dues Payment : Members must pay their annual dues on time to maintain active membership status.
• Adherence to Rules : Members must adhere to the association\’s bylaws, code of conduct, and any other regulations set forth by the governing body.

6. Code of Conduct :

• Respect and Integrity : Members must treat each other with respect and integrity, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Cultural Representation : Members should positively represent Cameroonian culture and values in their interactions both within and outside the association.
• Conflict Resolution : Members should address any conflicts or disputes through the association\’s established conflict resolution mechanisms.
