Who We Are

The Association of Cameroonians Residing in the Philippines (ACPInc.) is a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and it is indeed the only recognized association of Cameroonians by the Philippines government.

In 2011, there was no Cameroonian community established in the Philippines. The majority of Cameroonians workers came from India. There were a few religious individuals as well. The small group of people, already known from their time in India, was able to easily gather, comprising about twenty members, with the following leaders:

  • President : Blaise Ethy
  • Vice President : NOAH Bessala
  • Secretary General : Terence Egbe

The first meeting was held at the Don Bosco Church in Makati. Since that time, the association has undergone several changes in leadership. The new team, led by President William Foma since 2023, constitutes the 5th team of leaders serving the community. Today, the Cameroonian community comprises hundreds of people who share values of sympathy, love, sharing, and support. These courageous members and leaders in various fields are now entrepreneurs for some, holding positions of responsibility in certain companies for others.
