Biometric Passport Pre-Enrollment

Managing Authority: Delegation General for National Security (DGSN) in partnership with AUGENTIC.
Key Services & Functions:
👉 Online Pre-Enrollment: Required first step for new passport issuance, renewals, or replacements.
👉 Fee Payment: Online payment of passport fees via credit/debit card or Mobile Money.
👉 Appointment Scheduling: Book an appointment for physical biometric capture (fingerprints/photo) at an accredited embassy/consulate or a DGSN center in Cameroon.
👉 Citizen Help Service (CHS): Track file status, submit corrections for rejected applications, or request appointment modifications.
Important Note for Cameroonians in the Philippines:
Because there is currently no physical Cameroonian Embassy in Manila, physical biometric capture (for PassCam) and document submissions are handled through the nearest concurrently accredited diplomatic mission (such as the Embassy of Cameroon in Tokyo, Japan or Beijing, China). Always complete the online pre-enrollment on the official portals before contacting the designated embassy for physical mailing or appointment procedures.

👉 Consular Card Application (Carte Consulaire): Apply online for consular registration with your diplomatic mission.
👉 Laissez-Passer Requests: Digital application for emergency travel certificates (Ordinary or Mortuary).
👉 E-Visas: Apply for entry visas for non-Cameroonian spouses, children, or business partners travelling to Cameroon.
👉 Exit Visas: Process exit clearance permits when required.
Document Legalization & Authentication (MINREX Legalis)

Key Services & Functions:
👉 Document Authentication Requests: Pre-register documents (birth/marriage certificates, university diplomas, parental consent forms, criminal records) that require official MINREX authentication stamps.
👉 Fee Generation: Standardized online payment processing (20,000 XAF per document authentication sticker).
👉 Online Verification Tool: Third parties (foreign employers, universities, or foreign embassies) can enter a legalization number directly on the portal to verify if a stamped Cameroonian document is genuine.
